Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom jewelry orders may require additional crafting time of 5-10 business days, which will be communicated at checkout or by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship to customers in the United States from our Eastvale, California fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, value, and destination. Free standard shipping may apply on qualifying orders as noted on our website.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
